Fitted with a 24.2-megapixel DX-format CMOS sensor, the D3300 has the compact AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR II as its kit lens. Alongside, Nikon also announced a new f/1.8 prime — the AF-S NIKKOR 35mm f/1.8G. Designed for sports and low-light scenes, the D3300 has an ISO range of 100-12,800, expandable up to 25,600, an 11-point Autofocus System, high-speed continuous shooting at up to 5 frames-per-second (fps), and full-HD video recording.
